The Superintendent will play a critical role in managing public projects up to $35M, focusing heavily on scheduling, technology integration, and project timelines. This role is well-suited for a superintendent with experience in public sector projects and a strong aptitude for scheduling systems and technology, critical for overseeing project delivery and alignment with goals.

Description
- Project Leadership: Supervise public projects, including town halls, fire stations, DPWs, and libraries, typically valued up to $35M.
- Scheduling & Technology: Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) to manage timelines and ensure critical path milestones are met.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with project teams to maintain efficient communication and ensure project progression.
- On-site Management: Provide hands-on site management to meet project goals, maintain schedule adherence, and ensure quality and safety standards.
Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in a superintendent role, with a focus on public sector projects up to $35M.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical path scheduling and technical skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming scheduling challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Ready to embrace technology solutions for schedule and process optimization.
