This is a Project Manager role within the luxury retail construction sector, managing high-end projects in New York. You will lead the coordination and execution of top-tier luxury brand spaces, ensuring excellence in every detail.

The client is a prominent general contractor in Manhattan, renowned for their work on luxury retail spaces for world-class brands like Gucci, Prada, and Louis Vuitton. They focus on delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Description
- Oversee and manage luxury retail construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders.
Profile
- 10+ years of general contracting experience with a focus on luxury retail projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-end construction projects on time and within budget.
