Description

- Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.

- Oversee procurement of materials and resources to avoid delays.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-8+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction or infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Certifications like PMP or OSHA are advantageous.
