Description
Key responsibilities of the Technology Support Analyst for a law firm include:
Providing technical support to attorneys and staff for hardware, software, mobile devices, and legal-specific applications.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing tools.
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Supporting legal technology platforms, such as document management systems, timekeeping software, and e-discovery tools.
Collaborating with IT teams on system upgrades, security protocols, and software rollouts.
Training users on new technologies and best practices for using firm-approved systems and tools.
Maintaining detailed documentation of support tickets, procedures, and system configurations.
Ensuring compliance with firm policies, data security standards, and legal industry regulations.
