Project Manager - Light Industrial General Contractor
The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in the construction field and a passion for leading successful projects.

Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and detailed work plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all project sites.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and outcomes.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction
- A solid understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools - MS Project, Autodesk, BuildingConnected
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Public improvement work: road widening, bridges, utilities, traffic lights. Someone who is competent with the processes and procedures working with local jurisdictions and public utility companies
Job Offer
- Base salary ranging from $122,000 to $157,000, depending on experience.
- 401K plan with a 3% company match.
