Client Details

Our client is a prominent construction firm with a focus on commercial projects in The Bronx. They are recognized for delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative builds for offices, retail spaces, and other commercial structures. We are looking for a highly skilled Superintendent with commercial construction experience to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of commercial projects in The Bronx. You will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Description

• Oversee the daily operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor on site to ensure productivity and safety.
• Ensure that all work is compliant with building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and safety compliance.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
