Description

• Lead, manage and coordinate all phases of one or more construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Establish and manage project budgets and schedules
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Ensure projects adhere to all building codes and legal regulations
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks
• Ensure project safety by implementing company's safety policy
• Report project status to senior management
• Manage project resources effectively

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
