This Nashville‑based GC is seeking a Travelling Superintendent to lead ground‑up and interior commercial projects across the region. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who excels in fast‑paced environments and enjoys overseeing projects from start to finish while traveling as needed. You'll be the on‑site authority ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance.

They maintain a strong reputation for professionalism, steady workload, and supporting their travelling teams with the resources needed to be successful.Description
- Oversee daily on‑site construction activities for travelling commercial projects
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, logistics, and quality control
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, plans, and specifications
- Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and internal teams
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Drive projects to completion on time and within budget
Profile
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
- Strong background in ground‑up or interior commercial construction
- Ability to travel regionally/nationally for extended periods
- Proven success managing subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
