HRBP | Law Firm | NYC
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a key role in supporting organizational objectives by aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role focuses on fostering employee engagement, enhancing talent management, and driving HR initiatives within the legal environment. Experience supporting attorneys is a requirement for this role.

Description
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partners on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with practice group leaders to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with Professional Development team to deliver training and development programs that meet business needs.

Profile
A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have:
- Experience in the legal industry (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- A strong background in HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges.
- Ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan 3 days a week.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 - $160,000 annually.
