Human Resources Business Partner | Legal | NYC
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within the legal industry, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Provide HR support to attorneys, addressing any issues or concerns
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Demonstrated experience in human resources within the legal field (required)
- Bachelors degree (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a team
- Experience in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
