Commercial Construction Superintendent
As Superintendent, you'll manage construction projects, ensuring they're on time, on budget, and meet quality standards through effective team leadership and resource management.

Description
- Manage on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve any site issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and logs.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven track record with projects in sectors like retail, office, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction management software
