• Manage on-site construction activities from start to finish.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and logs.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record with projects in sectors like retail, office, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in construction management software
