Superintendent- High End Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end commercial interior construction projects in the Miami area. Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy during all phases of construction.

• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports.

• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure proper sequencing of trades.

• Troubleshoot construction challenges and proactively address schedule or quality issues.

Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial interiors construction, ideally with luxury or high-finish projects.

• Strong knowledge of interior build-outs, including millwork, finishes, and MEP coordination.

• Proven ability to manage fast-paced schedules and multiple subcontractor teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.

• OSHA certification and proficiency in project management software are preferred.

Job Offer
