Superintendent- High End Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end commercial interior construction projects in the Miami area. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a leading general contractor known for delivering sophisticated, detail-driven spaces for premium clients.

Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate daily operations with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy during all phases of construction.
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reports.
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure proper sequencing of trades.
Troubleshoot construction challenges and proactively address schedule or quality issues.
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial interiors construction, ideally with luxury or high-finish projects.
Strong knowledge of interior build-outs, including millwork, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Proven ability to manage fast-paced schedules and multiple subcontractor teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
OSHA certification and proficiency in project management software are preferred.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the $110,000-$130,000 range, depending on experience.
