Superintendent- High End Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end commercial construction projects in the Miami area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering top-quality office, retail, and restaurant projects.

Description

• Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

• Maintain daily project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and owners to resolve field issues.

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets project specifications and client expectations.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction, with a focus on high-end office, retail, or restaurant projects.

• Proven track record managing ground-up and/or interior buildout projects in the $1M-$10M range.

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain attention to detail under tight timelines.

• OSHA certification preferred.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000-$130,000 (based on experience).
