As an APM/PM, you will support and manage elements of large government construction projects-working directly with the World Bank team:
In this role, you will:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Support documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Conduct site walks and support field operations
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes
- Support budget tracking, change orders, and project forecasting
- Maintain safety, quality, and secure‑site project standards
Profile
You're a motivated builder who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is ready to support complex commercial or federal projects from start to finish.
You bring:
- 5+ years experience in commercial construction
- Experience with fast-paced projects
- Federal project experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field and office teams
- Willingness to work early schedule (5am-2pm)
- Ability to support secure/complex government project requirements
