Identity Access Management Administrator

We seek an IAM Administrator who will oversee and maintain the identity & access management systems to safeguard the organization's sensitive information and resources. They will develop and refine processes, collaborate with senior leadership to align the program with business needs, & ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Description

• Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, including the entire identity lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and account updates.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the IAM program, including policies, procedures, and training materials, while staying current with industry trends and technologies.
• Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions, ensuring secure access to systems, applications, and data, and collaborating with other departments as needed.
• Monitor activity logs to identify and address security incidents, escalate issues promptly, and troubleshoot technical problems related to IAM.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff, build relationships across teams, and adapt to changing requirements and technologies while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field, with strong technical skills in identity and access management solutions.
• Hands-on experience managing users and group memberships in Active Directory, and familiarity with IAM tools like LDAP and Azure AD.
• Experience with user account management in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control (RBAC), and identity federation.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools, such as ServiceNow, and a solid background in IT security or related fields.
