We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PAssistant Project Manager - DDC Infrastructure - General Contractor to join a large general contractor that specializes in DDC infrastructrue projects. This role involves managing and supporting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The general contractor is located in the Queens, NY area and will support all the boroughs.

Our client is a general contractor who is hiring for a Assistant Project Manager - DDC Infrastructure - General Contractor, and focus mainly on DDC infrastructure projects. The Assistant Project Manager - DDC Infrastructure - General Contractor will be a pivotal hire, has runway for advancement and opportunity to take on more. This role will sit in Queens, NY but will support projects in all five boroughs.

Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial objectives.
