Assistant Project Manager
Great opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of commercial interior projects in the NYC metro area.

Description
Assist Project Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of commercial interior construction projects
Manage project documentation through Procore, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, and meeting minutes
Track subcontractor compliance (COIs, waivers, safety forms) and ensure timely submissions
Prepare and review AIA pay applications, change orders, and schedule of values
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines
Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring jobsite safety and quality standards are upheld
Assist with punch list development and project close-out documentation
Profile
2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors construction
Proficiency in Procore is required
Strong working knowledge of AIA forms and construction billing practices
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and NYC DOB requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow within the company
