Description

• Oversee the full construction lifecycle of multifamily projects, from ground-breaking to final interior finishes.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Regularly communicate with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates and address any issues promptly.
• Lead on-site meetings and inspections, ensuring any challenges are quickly resolved.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction, with a strong track record in both ground-up and interior projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
