MDM Informatica Developer

We are seeking a MDM Informatica Developer who can design, build, and optimize master data management workflows using Informatica tools while ensuring data consistency, quality, and reliability across core systems. This person will work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions that support enterprise data governance and integration needs. Client Details

• Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Develop scalable, reusable mappings and components while implementing strong data quality, auditing, error handling, and data lineage practices.
• Optimize ETL performance through configuration tuning, partitioning, pushdown optimization, and proactive monitoring to resolve data issues quickly.
• Support testing and deployment through unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, documentation, and knowledge transfer to operations teams.

Profile

• 7+ years with Informatica PowerCenter and recent hands-on experience with IICS; strong SQL skills and familiarity with major relational databases.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex ETL mappings and workflows, with solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data lakes, and data governance.
• Experience using Git/SVN and CI/CD practices for ETL development; strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable driving projects in fast-paced environments; flexible in learning new tools, with exposure to agile methodologies and bonus points for Informatica certifications.
