Sr. Paralegal
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Capital Markets Paralegal to join our client's team. This key role involves overseeing the annual submission of Form 10-K filings to the SEC, managing transaction closings, and mentoring junior paralegals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in corporate and transactional matters within a law firm environment.

Description
- Prepare and ensure timely filing of approximately 350 SEC reports within a two-week window for multiple clients.
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to collect and verify information on business operations, risk factors, and financial statements.
- Maintain and track detailed deal information throughout transaction lifecycles.
- Manage and coordinate transaction closings, assisting attorneys in reviewing, organizing, and preparing closing documents.
- Train, mentor, and support junior paralegals to enhance team effectiveness.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a corporate/transactional paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assignments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor at all organizational levels.
