Senior Project Manager - Biotech Construction - Boston, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage biotech and life sciences lab construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in all phases of the project.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and documentation using Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam.

Profile

Senior Project Manager - Biotech Construction - Boston, MA - Will have

• 10-12 years of experience in a General Contractor (GC) or Construction Management (CM) role.
• Strong experience with CGMP in biotech or lab construction.
• A technical degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficient in Procore, MS Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
