Payroll and Benefits Manager
This role will be responsible for processing payroll for exempt & nonexempt employees through ADP. It will also oversee all benefits for the company. They are around 300 employees nationally.

Description
- Process payroll through ADP for exempt and nonexempt employees
- Manage relationship with ADP
- Set up new states in ADP
- Manage relationship with Brokers for benefits
- Manage relationship with their 401K provider
- Answer questions for employees on payroll & benefits
- Work cross functionally with greater HR team, Accounting, Finance and more
- Any auditing and reporting related to payroll & benefits
Profile
- 7+ years of Payroll & Benefits experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience with non exempt employee populations
- Ability to go on site 1-2 days a week in NYC
