Sales Manager - RF Manufacturing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with expertise in RF components and inductors to lead sales initiatives in Chelmsford, MA. The ideal candidate will develop and manage customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.

Through continuous innovation, they deliver superior inductor solutions to meet the most demanding design requirements.
Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base for RF components and inductors.
- Identify new business opportunities in industries such as telecommunications, defense, aerospace, and industrial electronics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Provide technical guidance to customers, working closely with engineering teams to meet client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to align business goals.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.
Profile
- achelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales experience in RF components, inductors, or passive electronic components.
- Strong understanding of RF design, inductors, and related applications in telecom, aerospace, and defense.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience working with distribution networks and direct B2B sales.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
