Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Are you a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial projects? Our client, a well-established and highly respected General Contractor based in Nashville, is seeking a driven and experienced professional to join their growing team.

Description
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Provide leadership to on-site teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project), and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
