Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Description

• Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Provide leadership to on-site teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project), and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
