Strong proficiency with ERP systems and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Must speak Mandarin.
This role is located in Commerce, CA.
This role will be on site for the probation period, then will become a hybrid (3 days in office) role.

Finance Manager-Supply Chain and Manufacturing
The Finance Manager-Supply Chain and Manufacturing will support and partner closely with our operations and supply chain teams to analyze, monitor, and improve financial performance in areas such as production, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. The role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, supply chain finance, and the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights that support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and cost models for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights on production costs, variances, and inventory valuation.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
Manufacturing Cost Control
- Partner with manufacturing teams to track and control production costs, highlighting areas for potential savings or process improvements.
- Conduct variance analysis on materials, labor, and overhead costs, providing recommendations to mitigate variances.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to manufacturing and supply chain to measure financial performance.
Supply Chain Finance Support
- Collaborate with supply chain teams on budgeting and forecasting for logistics, warehousing, and procurement.
- Analyze and report on key cost drivers within the supply chain, including raw materials, transportation, and vendor costs.
- Lead projects focused on inventory management and cash flow optimization, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and inventory teams to align financial goals with operational targets.
- Act as a finance business partner to support initiatives that drive efficiencies across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Provide decision support through scenario planning, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments.
