Construction Superintendent, Multifamily

This role is built for a Superintendent motivated by long-term impact, ownership, and leadership, not just the next project. You'll lead meaningful multifamily work while positioning yourself for senior field leadership in a growing ESOP-backed organization.

A fourth-generation, employee-owned general contractor with $600M+ in annual revenue and over 200 employees. The firm is known for stability, repeat clients (≈80%), internal promotions, and a long-term mindset focused on developing future leaders, not short-term hires.

Description

* Lead on-site execution of $10-$50M multifamily projects

* Own schedule, safety, quality, and field operations end-to-end

* Partner closely with PMs to drive outcomes, not just tasks

* Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

* Represent the company with clients, inspectors, and trades

Profile

* 5+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily or mixed-use projects

* Experience with podium or large-scale wood-frame construction

* Ownership mindset with strong decision-making skills

* Interest in mentoring and growing future field leaders

* Career-focused and motivated by long-term advancement

Job Offer

* $100k-$130k base salary plus $25k-$30k in guaranteed and project bonuses

* ESOP ownership, 401(k) with 3% match, and $600/month vehicle allowance

* 3-4 weeks PTO and primarily local Central Ohio projects
