Estimator / Project Manager - Luxury Residential
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to lead the estimation and project management of our luxury custom home projects. You will have a strong background in both cost estimating and project oversight. This dual role requires a professional who can accurately forecast project costs, manage budgets, coordinate with clients and subs, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for luxury custom home projects, including materials, labor, subcontractor quotes, and other project costs.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy for estimating purposes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and reliable service.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception through completion, including planning, scheduling, and oversight.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor project budgets, controlling costs, and providing regular financial updates.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teams regarding project status, challenges, and changes.
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and logistics to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports and project documentation to stakeholders.
