Construction Estimator - Manhattan, NY
A leading interiors contractor is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their Manhattan-based team, specializing in high-end commercial fit-outs. This is a strategic role focused on pricing, bidding, and supporting project acquisition for prestigious corporate and retail interiors.

Our client is a well-regarded construction firm known for delivering premium interior spaces across Manhattan. With a portfolio that includes luxury offices, flagship retail, and hospitality environments, they are recognized for precision, creativity, and client satisfaction.
Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial interior projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients during preconstruction.
- Track market pricing trends and maintain relationships with vendors and subs.
Profile
- 3-7 years of estimating experience in commercial interiors or related construction.
- Strong understanding of finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and NYC building codes.
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel).
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confident in client-facing interactions.
