Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial interior projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients during preconstruction.
• Track market pricing trends and maintain relationships with vendors and subs.

Profile

• 3-7 years of estimating experience in commercial interiors or related construction.
• Strong understanding of finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and NYC building codes.
• Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel).
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confident in client-facing interactions.
