Audit Manager Risk and Compliance
The Audit Manager Risk and Compliance is responsible for managing risk assessments and internal audits within the financial services sector. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles, and a strong ability to identify and manage potential risks.

Description
- Manage and conduct risk assessments and internal audits across various business units.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with other departments to direct compliance issues for investigation and resolution.
- Monitor and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities to remain abreast of the status and completion of audits.
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- Ensure proper reporting of violations or potential violations to management.
- Collaborate with human resources department to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

Profile
A successful 'Audit Manager Risk and Compliance' should have:
- 4+ years of internal audit experience within a bank.
- A strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance principles.
- Proven experience in managing risk assessments and internal audits.
- Excellent knowledge of the financial services sector.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
