Description

• Lead field execution for ground-up healthcare projects
• Manage ICRA considerations and safety in sensitive environments
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and sequencing
• Maintain project documentation, inspections, and scheduling updates
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards

Profile

• 5+ years Superintendent experience
• Healthcare or institutional project experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing ground-up builds $10M+
• OSHA 30 preferred
