My client is a construction management, planning, and design build firm that has been in business for over 100 years. They have an impressive reputation in New England, handling a variety of projects, focusing on new construction/ ground up and interiors/ renovations.
They are a design build firm, so they are a one stop shop for any clients needs! They are very actively looking to hire a Project Manager as their current PM was just promoted and they need someone to assist on their full pipeline of projects.
Description
The Project Manager - Northshore will be responsible for:
- Delivering projects on time, managing schedules, and coordinating teams to ensure milestones are met
- Resolve delays by adjusting project plans and working closely with subs and vendors
- Budget management
- Quality control, achieving high quality construction outcomes, adhering to all building codes and standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with client expectations
- Safety compliance, maintaining a safe work environment
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
- Documentation and reporting, RFIs, project documentation, schedules, budgets, change orders, daily logs
Profile
The Project Manager - Northshore should have:
- 5+ years in a project manager position in the construction industry
- Experience with Interiors/ Renovations, Ground Up is a plus
- Experience with Procore and other related construction softwares
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or other related field
- Experience with teamwork, communication, and organization
