Commercial Project Manager - National GC - Charlotte NC
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Charlotte, and support in leading the Special Projects Division for a National TOP ENR Firm.
Client Details
National, employee-owned Construction firm that offers construction management, general contracting, and design-build services across the southeast. Their Charlotte team has been successfully expanding their market presence across the Carolinas for the last 10+ years. With 90% repeat clients, and extremely low employee turnover - their Charlotte team offers a construction professional a tight-knot family environment, while working for a National Leading GC that has over 1,000 employees.
Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A strong background in commercial construction project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
