Recruitment Scheduling Coordinator | Stamford, CT | $90-110K
The Recruiting Scheduling Coordinator will support the recruitment team by managing the back-end of the hiring process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting experience while contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Client Details
We're partnering with a finserv firm located in Stamford, CT. They're looking for someone who is excited to be on-site 4 days a week. The total compensation package is $90k-$110k (depending on experience) + a bonus. This is a highly logistical role requiring someone with impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple schedules.
Description
- Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain employee schedules throughout the whole recruitment process.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ yoe in an administrative, HR, or scheduling role, preferably in financial services.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and calendar management tools.
