Senior Estimator

Description
You'll be responsible for preparing competitive tenders for a variety of civil construction projects across the region. Working closely with preconstruction, engineering, and delivery teams, you'll provide accurate cost estimates that support the company's reputation for excellence and value.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates from initial feasibility through final submission
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing
Participate in tender reviews and post-tender negotiations
Support handover to project delivery teams and track estimate performance
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating tools and processes
Profile
Experience within civil construction
Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, concrete, roads, and utilities
Proficient in estimating software and Excel
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
