Client Details

Our client, a well-established and highly respected General Contractor in Tucson, is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing team. Specializing in Heavy Civil projects, they take on complex infrastructure work, including highways, bridges, earthwork, and underground utilities.

Description

🔹 Lead the estimating process for large-scale Heavy Civil projects.
🔹 Analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents to prepare accurate bids.
🔹 Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
🔹 Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
🔹 Mentor junior estimators and support team development.

Profile

✔ A tone estimating experience in Heavy Civil construction (highways, bridges, earthwork, utilities, etc.).
✔ Strong knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid or similar estimating software.
✔ Ability to handle multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
