Director of FP&A
As the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for owning and refining the company's financial model, turning their strategic goals into actionable numbers. Your focus will center on driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Client Details
My client is a high growth Gaming and E-Sports Entertainment provider based in Las Vegas. This role will report to their VP of Finance and help build out and grow the FP&A division. They are publicly traded and looking at exponential growth over the next few years.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Director of FP&A you will build and maintain detailed financial models to inform and maximize ROI, aligning with business strategies.
- Help drive growth within the gaming and esport world through robust financial planning an analysis.
- Collaborate closely with senior executives and stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations that directly impact product and business decisions.
- Develop and present clear, data-driven narratives for the executive team, Board of Directors, and investors.
- Establish, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and unit economics to assess business health.
- Prepare multi-year and long-range strategic planning models, analyzing macro trends and growth drivers across operations.

Job Offer
- Base Salary of $180,000-220,000 USD per annum, plus bonus and equity.
