Description

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in blow molding operations.
• Optimize equipment, tooling, automation, and processes for efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard work instructions.
• Conduct sampling and qualification of new tooling and processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide technical training and support to production teams.

Profile

• Associate degree in plastics or related technical field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scientific Molding and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze data and apply statistical and geometric concepts.
