Excellent opportunity for a Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on broad based business immigration matters, including NIV, AOS, and RFEs.

Description
The Contract Business Immigration Associate Attorney will work closely with other Associates, Paralegals and Partners in preparing and filing a wide range of immigrant and non-immigrant visas and petitions for corporate clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing various non-immigrant petitions
- Working on AOS matters
- Responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
- Working collaboratively with Paralegals, Associates and Partners on the team
- Handling clients directly
- Helping with other matters as assigned
Profile
- JD or LLM Degree
- Admission to US State Bar
- 2+ years of experience as a business immigration attorney
- Experience with NIV, AOS and RFEs
- Broad based business immigration expereince
- Team-player
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
