Description

The Project Manager-Top 400 ENR / Family Owned GC-Triad will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

• Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

  • Leading internal project teams and maintaining communication across stakeholders

  • Driving quality control and risk management

  • Maintaining a strong customer-focused approach throughout the project lifecycle

  This is not a project-type specific hire. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across multiple asset classes rather than being limited strictly to one specialty (e.g., multifamily only).

Profile

Construction Project Manager-Top 400 ENR / Family Owned GC-Triad will have the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field strongly preferred
• Experience with commercial Construction projects preferred
• 5+ years of total, progressive project management with a GC
• Applicable project management software knowledge
• People smarts and experience in a team-oriented environment

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $150K
