This role will oversee large-scale wood-frame multifamily projects (first job in Quincy / future job in Framingham), with project values ranging from $15M-$30M and a regional backlog of $90M.

Description

The Lead Super is responsible for:

• Onsite daily - first job in Quincy MA
• Overseeing the full scope of the physical construction of the project
• Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management
• Supervision of day-to-day work in the field
• Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available
• Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff

Profile

The right Lead Super has the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience
• Good tenure with reputable firms
• Must have run numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+ (as Lead Super)
• OSHA 30
• MA CSL
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Procore
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
