My client functions within the Automotive Industry and is looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to support their team in a high volume environment. This person should be hands-on and should feel very comfortable with troubleshooting and problem solving.

Description

Reporting into the Manufacturing Site Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

• Improving processes across the production facility
• Developing ways to reduce cost and down time
• Coordinate manufacturing launches
• Develop new products and improve existing products
• Assist manufacturing team with production controls and SOP's
• Train team members as needed

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience improving processes and reducing cost in a manufacturing facility
• Experience with troubleshooting
• Collaborative
