Senior Accountant

Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team and assist with both their ERP implementation and their month end close.

• Accounts payable

• Bank Recs

• Month end journals and schedule upkeep

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Financial reporting

• Coordinate sales and use tax engagement

• Coordinate stock reconciliations

Profile

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with at least five years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Strong proficiency in accounting software (such as SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of GAAP, be highly detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills to manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and month-end journal entries. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
