The LIHTC Asset Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and financial requirements. Description

  • Oversee the performance of a portfolio of LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and financial goals.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting on property performance.

  • Ensure properties adhere to LIHTC program requirements and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Identify and address operational issues to optimize property performance.
