Description

The Sr. Superintendent - DSA Education - Top ENR GC role in Los Angeles is responsible for:

• Oversee all field operations for K-12 and higher education construction projects.

• Ensure compliance with DSA requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and school district representatives.

• Lead, mentor, and manage field teams to ensure efficient and productive job site operations.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to address project challenges.

• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track.

• Monitor project costs, labor, and materials to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.

Profile

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Sr. Superintendent - DSA Education - Top ENR GC Project in Los Angeles would be:

• 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in K-12 and higher education projects.

• Proven experience managing DSA-regulated projects in building and construction.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large crews and subcontractors.

• Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Commitment to safety and knowledge of OSHA and DSA requirements.

• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
