Description

The Assistant Project Manager - DC will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives effectively.
  • Managing project schedules, resources, and risk assessments to ensure project success.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing and presenting project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Addressing and resolving any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Monitoring project progress and implementing improvements as needed.
