Project Manager- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. This role offers the opportunity to oversee complex projects while working with a highly reputable general contractor.

Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong footprint across South Florida, specializing in healthcare, education, and commercial projects. Known for delivering projects with precision and integrity, they pride themselves on building long-term relationships with clients and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Description
Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.
Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and other junior staff.
Profile
Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong background in healthcare projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific codes, compliance standards, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
