Profile
Superintendent - Leading General Contractor - Raleigh should have:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role
- Proven track record managing ground-up projects in sectors like education or healthcare
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and field documentation tools
- OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols
