The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage public sector construction projects ($10M - $15M), primarily in renovation and ground-up builds.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to establish project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
• Mentor junior project managers and other staff, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Profile

The Construction Senior Project Manager will possess:

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record in public work projects.
• Demonstrated experience with both renovation and new construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
