The Construction Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage public sector construction projects ($10M - $15M), primarily in renovation and ground-up builds.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to establish project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
- Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Mentor junior project managers and other staff, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Profile
The Construction Senior Project Manager will possess:
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong track record in public work projects.
- Demonstrated experience with both renovation and new construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
Job Offer
