Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - NoVA
My client is seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join their team in either Arlington, VA or Alexandria, VA. This is not your average APM role - we're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to the table. You'll be on-site in a field office, working directly with your Superintendent counterpart, as well as subcontractors, consultants, and the client. You'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations and overall success of complex, high-value projects.

This nationally recognized construction firm has grown steadily over four decades, now employing 500+ professionals across the Eastern U.S. The company specializes in large-scale vertical construction, with a focus on negotiated projects for repeat clients. Their portfolio includes multifamily housing, student housing, life science facilities, hospitality developments, and commercial office spaces, with typical project values ranging from $50M to $200M+

Job Offer
Base Salary: $110,000-$135,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus eligibility
